Burden Incorporated is currently developing a flex industrial building at 6035 Longbow Drive in Boulder, CO.  The project will have outstanding front range mountain views, 20’ ceiling heights, modern, sustainable architecture, and tremendous visibility and signage from the Diagonal Highway.  The scheduled completion date is first quarter 2016
